Ancestry Library Edition at Home Access Ending

After nearly 2 years of temporary access, and after most libraries reopened their doors, Ancestry has made the difficult decision to end remote (at home) access for Ancestry Library Edition at the end of 2021. Ancestry cares deeply about libraries and their patrons, but they have agreements with publishers and other business considerations that prevent them from offering remote access permanently. Patrons can still access Ancestry Library Edition through public desktop computers provided by our library or on their own personal laptop, tablet, or mobile phone when connected to the library WiFi.

For patrons who want to continue genealogy research from home, there are several free resources offered through Badgerlink HERE.
