Cancelled – Annual Cookie Walk

The Friends of the Boulder Junction Public Library has cancelled their Annual Cookie Walk, which was to be held on Friday, November 27 in conjunction with the town’s Christmas Walk. The decision was made to protect the safety of the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Cold weather and the first snowfall are a reminder that the holidays are just around the corner and, in a normal year, the Friends of the Library would be asking for donations of homemade cookies and candies for the Annual Cookie Walk. With the cancellation of the event, the community can still help the library by donating what you would have spent on baking supplies or donating what you would have spent shopping at the Cookie Walk. Think of it as a “no-bake” bake sale!
Donations can be made out to the Friends of the Boulder Junction Public Library and mailed to PO Box 9, Boulder Junction, WI 54512.
All proceeds from Friends of the Library fundraising is used to help with library operating expenditures. The Friends of the Library funds 21% of the library annual operating budget.
