
Lithuanian Genealogy: Record Sources and Immigration Routes

The Northern Waters Genealogical Society invites you to their next meeting on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, 6-7 pm, at the Boulder Junction Community Center, 5392 Park Street. A brief business meeting will follow. A Zoom option is also available.
This month’s program is “Lithuanian Genealogy: Record Sources and Immigration Routes” with Guest Speaker, Angela Sinickas by Zoom. Angela is a dual citizen of Lithuania and the USA and is CEO of Lithuanian Genealogy. Since both her parents and grandparents were born in Lithuania, research of her Lithuanian roots has resulted in a family tree with nearly 16,000 people and happy meetings with long-lost relatives in Lithuania.
Angela has been a speaker on conducting Lithuanian genealogy for several conferences sponsored by RootsTech and the Foundation for Eastern European Family History Studies (FEEFHS) and has recorded three webinars on Lithuanian genealogy for the Family History Library. She is also an administrator for the Facebook group on Lithuanian Lutheran Genealogy, as well as a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists.
