February Art in the Library

The Boulder Junction Public Library welcomes the public to view their February Art in the Library exhibit featuring local artist, Teresa Dorn.

Teresa is a long-time resident of Land O’ Lakes and a lifelong resident of Wisconsin. She is a 1984 graduate of Northland Pines High School in Eagle River and a 1989 graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Art through the School of Education.

Teresa’s February exhibit is a reflection of her love for Northern Wisconsin lakes and forests also known as “God’s Country”. Her works include bright landscapes in watercolors and acrylics on paper, as well as oil on canvas. Her recent paintings include a glitter finish that calls out the reflective nature of the surreal sunsets, and moon rises of our beautiful area.

All artwork on display is for sale and a portion of the proceeds will be donated back to the library in appreciation of hosting the exhibit. Free bookmarks will also be available, while supplies last, during the month-long exhibit to anyone who wants a token reminder of their visit to the library in support of local artists. Teresa’s work can be found for sale at The Tacklebox and Donna’s Crafts in Land O’ Lakes, Wisconsin.
