Virtual Winter Wellness Series
Looking for ways to stick to your New Year’s Resolutions? The Boulder Junction Public Library is offering a series of FREE informational presentations to help patrons learn ways to support their health and wellness this winter -and all year long. For the safety of our staff and patrons, all programs will be held online using Zoom and will be open to everyone. All programs are held on Tuesdays from 2:30-3:30 pm.
o February 9 – “Nutrition throughout the Life Cycle” with Dr. Cassie Vanderwall, UW-Madison Department of Clinical Nutrition, registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator and certified personal trainer. Link to the recorded presentation HERE.
